All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse orders. Payment must be received before production begins. Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Custom Orders
Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective. Customers are responsible for ensuring all design specifications, colors, and sizes are correct before production begins. We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided artwork or specifications.
5. Production Time
Production times vary based on order complexity and volume. Standard production takes 2-3 weeks. Rush orders may be available at additional cost. We make every effort to meet delivery deadlines but are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
6. Shipping
We ship worldwide using reputable carriers. Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and weight. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective. Defective items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion. Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt.
8. Intellectual Property
Customers represent and warrant that they have the right to use any artwork, logos, or designs provided to Sublime Sports Apparel. We are not responsible for copyright or trademark infringement. All designs created by Sublime Sports Apparel remain our property until full payment is received.
9. Limitation of Liability
Sublime Sports Apparel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
